Islands of the bay
Capri, Ischia and Procida, 6 minutes on foot
From Naples the islands are a boat ride from the port, right around the corner. Staying on Via Melisurgo means catching the first ferry without a taxi and coming back in the evening at your own pace.

Tips
- Get to the pier 20–30 minutes early: in summer the ticket queues are long. Most companies also sell tickets online.
- For a day on Capri take the first boat of the morning: from here you reach the pier in 6 minutes, with no traffic and no taxi.
- On departure day you can check out by 10:00 and walk straight to the port.
- In rough seas fast ferries can be cancelled: keep an eye on the companies' notices.
