Visit statistics

We count visits with PureAnalytics. On your first visit a banner asks for consent to cookies: until you choose, or if you decline, the visit is counted anonymously, without cookies, with an ID that changes every day. If you accept, the site stores two first-party cookies, ea_visitor_id (a random ID, 12 months) and ea_session_id (30 minutes), to recognise later visits from the same browser. Your choice is kept in your browser's localStorage (ea_consent). The IP address is stored without its last octet, the data is not used for advertising or shared with third parties, there is no cross-site tracking, and Do Not Track is respected. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser.

Online check-in

The check-in page only asks for your arrival date to find your booking, then takes you to Chekin (guest.chekin.com), where you enter the ID details Italian law requires for the police registration (Alloggiati Web). The date is not stored. Your ID details are processed by Chekin under its own privacy policy.

Email and phone

If you write to us or call us, we use your details only to reply and to manage your stay. The request form sends nothing to this site: it writes the message and opens WhatsApp or your email app, which send it under their own terms.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse, under its own privacy policy. The map on the Location page is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address.
